We can only accept orders online from UK individuals and businesses. We can deliver to most addresses in the UK. Delivery is free of charge to addresses in England, Wales and lowland Scotland. For all other locations, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly, as well as outside the UK, please contact Customer Services on: 0845 602 6989 or Email email@example.com.
We will endeavour to deliver your order at the earliest opportunity and within a maximum of 14 days*. Please note; as our products are held at different locations it may not be possible to combine products into a single delivery where customers are ordering from separate ranges, however this will not affect the delivery cost, where applicable.
*Shed and storage items may take up to 28 days
An incorrect address provided by the customer is subject to a £10 non-refundable correction fee. The customer is also responsible for all costs and handling charges to re-deliver the order.
The extent of Garden Style Direct's liability to the customer for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and Garden Style Direct shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the customer in respect of any loss or damage suffered by the customer whether direct, indirect, consequential or however else arising.
To return all or part of your order you will need to provide us with details of why you wish to return the goods by calling Customer Services on 01392 261 915.
If any items were damaged in transit or incomplete, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 5 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it is more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, fully insured and at your own expense. Once received at Garden Style Direct, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
