This extra thick, enamelled steel hotplate holds the heat perfectly and is highly versatile. A perfect accessory for preparing shell fish, prawns, flatfish and all kinds of vegetables but also great for cooking eggs and pancakes.

Please note, this hot plate should not be used at the same time as any other hot plates or griddles on your barbecue.
